Exagear test on an emulated aarch64 Linux on Apple MacBook Air M1 (ARM64)

Exagear (x86_64) for aarch64 seems to be available for free from Huawei now – https://threedots.ovh/blog/2021/01/huawei-exagear-x86_64-apps-on-arm64/ which is interesting since I have always wanted to try this on aarch64. So Here we have a bit of an inception kind of example
Host – Apple MacBook Air M1 (ARM64) running OpenSUSE Tumbleweed aarch64 (hvf acceleration) which runs Exagear x86_64 CentOS 7 chroot. Inside this chroot I have compiled 32bit Wine so I could run some native Win32 programs (CounterStrike 1.6 and Age of Empires 2) , we also tested the legendary “Legend of Grimrock – Linux build x86_64) and Quake3 for x86_64 Linux.

The only thing thats is a little irritating is the mouse in the Xephyr window inside the OpenSUSE aarch64 emulation – that needs some more tuning, otherwise I think the performance is simply amazing (given all the emulation layers here)
