EXPOSE your home network to the INTERNET!! (it's safe)
Run your home lab like an enterprise company!! Use Red Hat Enterprise Linux for FREE: https://ntck.co/redhat
In this video, NetworkChuck will show you how to install and use Cloudflare Tunnel, the best way to expose and access your home lab resources from the internet. Traditionally, you would use a reverse proxy like Nginx Proxy Manager or Traefik to expose your home lab resources, but this involved forwarding ports 80 and 443 through your firewall. (not safe). With Cloudflare Tunnel, you don’t need to forward anything!! Cloudflare will create a secure tunnel to your home network and allow you to create a subdomain that securely points to a resource in your home network. This includes an SSL certificate for EVERY subdomain automatically!!

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong I can't access de server or the domain I get error 502
Hi Thanks man, excellent video as always!!! I have question if this is HTTPS then we might be on risk, here is thing I am thinking. This looks like same case as we do deep packet inspection on any firewall. There firewall provide CA trusted certificate so client trust on that. Now, incoming data from Web server are encrypted then FW decrypt and do inspection then encrypt again and forward to client. I guess Cloudflare doing the same so How can we trust this? Please explain if you know about How they building tunnel? In my view nothing comes for free just trying to understand how are they building this tunnel. But Chuck as always great video.
Great content, Chill on the transitions tho!
Thank you man! Love you ❤
I'm running into a bad gateway 502 its a host error. not sure how i fix this ive tried to add a few tunnels all return the same thing bad gateway

It's free? So who are they selling my network dat to?
This means: 100% trust into Cloudflare, because all traffic goes over the certificates of their network. In the end: the one who has access to the certificates of the Cloudflare network can decrypt the traffic.
So far isn't a simple Wireguard tunnel with PresharedKey more secure than this when accessing my local network from outside?
OMG… I cannot believe no-one got the Clarissa 'Explains it all' reference….. I got your back Chuck…. We know…
Man this saved me from a massive headache! Could not get reverse proxy going with nginx and port forwarding despite doing it a 100 times with remote desktop access and other services. Could not point to docker instances I had running and was just banging my head to a wall. Tried this out and first run it worked beautifully. Thanks for this video man! You saved me hours and opened up new possibilities ☕!👍
I Followed the steps and worked perfect! thanks a lot!
What is this magic!? Great video as always. This changes everything and has me super stoaked about possibilities!
Thanks for the video @NetworkChuck! RHEL has been the defacto enterprise linux solution for a long time, but the killing off of CENTOS left a bad aroma in the air…
I came across this today,
Thank you so much.
But, this means the site you expose is open to anyone and everyone.
Is there a way to allow only some subnets as an example?
hey, can I rdp to my home pc with this service?
Can you setup the cloudflare tunnel in truenas docker?
