Either Disable the SMTP Restrictions Entirely “The SMTP restriction is disabled.”
or
Change the appropriate settings in the Tweak Settings – “Restrict outgoing SMTP to root, exim, and mailman (FKA SMTP Tweak) [?]”.
… Basically a check box …
