• The manage-bde command is a preventative measure to make sure you have a copy of your key before you get locked out. If you're already locked out of your drive it won't work and you will need to use one of the other methods in the video to find your key.

• My microsoft said no bitlocker uploaded but my blue screen is saying i have a bitlocker…do you guys have any suggestion to retrieve the key or bypass it

• Took laptop to get new DC power port. Get it home and get this screen. Log into my Microsoft account and no recovery keys saved. No way to get past this blue screen. I've never activated BitLocker. Don't have a key. What can I do now?
