Hello Youtube, recently, about 1-2 weeks ago, we had a blue screen error(APC INDEX MISMATCH) when trying to print on Windows 10. Actually, after a recent windows 10 update. To be specific, it was a big update released from Microsoft and it is called 20H2. This was causing a blue screen error “APC INDEX MISMATCH” when I try to print something. The printer that we have is a Kyocera TaskAlfa 4551ci model, but the good news is, we know how to fix this blue screen issue on Windows 10.
