Method 1:

1.Goto windows search bar then type”memory diagnostics”.

2.Then click “Restart now and check for performance” option.

3.Now your pc is once restarting and then the diagnostics process is started.

4.If the process is once completed, again your pc once restarts.

Method 2:

1.Goto windows search bar then type”windows update”.

2.Click”windows update settings”, in this setting you can goto “Recovery”.

3.Then click “Restart now” option.

4.Now the pc is once restarting, after the restarts goto “Troubleshoot – Advanced options – Startup settings.

5.Then click “Restart” option.

6.Now choose “4” for “enable safe mode” option.

7.Now again your pc is again restarting in safe mode.

8.After the restarting you can right click on windows icon then goto”Device manager”.

9.Uninstall the error drivers.

10.Then also click “Disk drives” then double click on it.

11.Then click”Policies” Tab.

12.Choose”Quick removal” option.

13.Then it ask “Do you want to restart” , now you can choose”Yes” option.

14.Finally again the pc is once restarting, after the successfully restarting the problem is solved.
