1] Reload the HBO Max page or log out and log back into your account

3] Clear your web browser and HBO Max app cache
When it comes down to clearing the cache of the HBO app, please navigate to the Settings section if you’re using an Android device. From there, click on Apps & Notification, then tap HBO Max. After that, select Storage & Cache > Clear Cache and Clear Storage.

Another thing you could do here is to restart your wireless router. To do this, press the power button to turn it off, then unplug the power cord from the source. From there, wait for up to 10 seconds, then plug the power cord back into the source.
