Repair & Reset the game in Windows Settings
Modify the installation- try unchecking/checking each game and then try launching the game

Move it from your game drive to your main C drive. a Lot of games on Game Pass doesn't work if you don't install it to your main drive. This game and Izonzo are two recent games I know doesn't launch from a second hdd.

La solucion es esta;
copiado y pegado de refddit a mi me funciono tambien
Finalmente logré abrirlo. Descargué solo CoD HQ de Battlenet y lo verifiqué y confirmé que podía abrirlo desde allí.
Luego, tomé las carpetas de C:Program Files (x86)Call of Duty_retail_ (o la carpeta equivalente de la instalación de BattleNet) y las copié a C:XboxGamesCall of Duty Content (o la instalación de Xbox CoD). Solo copié y reemplacé las carpetas, por ejemplo cod23, d3d12, main, telescopioCache, xpak_cache, etc.
Básicamente supuse que algo no se estaba descargando correctamente. Ahora funciona bien.
