Fix VirtualBox resolution on Ubuntu Installer

On some cases, VirtualBox can start with a low resolution when booting Ubuntu Installer, hiding information and buttons on the screen. To fix that, you can open Gnome Display Settings, by a terminal command and force a larger resolution.
