• Hello, I understand the problem of the password being wrong, you must enter the password of your Microsoft account after completing this process, not the password of your computer or laptop. Oh god, no one had mentioned this

  If you can't find the desired file or you can't rename it, just choose another name, then that folder will be created and the warning that someone else is using it will not be displayed anymore.
