  • Please start talking about your cars in some fashion!! Ive seen a ferrari logo in one of your older fix or flops, ive seen a 997 911 once if my memory serves, and now an m2!? Share them with the world

  • literally my biggest fear since i am owning a PC with an open top cooler but atleast with a mesh for dust but still scared that a drop of liquid might end up there .-.

  • You're a Beamer Boy too! Awesome. It seems that the owner may have been reckless with getting water in an air cooled setup. Nice to see this person doesn't need to reinvest in a new rig and may have learned a valuable lesseon.

  • The weird behaviour was probably over current protection in the PSU (something on that original GPU was probably shorted to ground from the water damage) and that varies by implementation by manufacturer and sometimes needs to powercycle or completely disconect the PSU from power before it starts working again. The battery voltage was a bit low but I think that was a red herring, most board should work without it.

  • wondering if the owner got ripped off with an Ebay graphics card that bricks the entire system.

  • I had the same problem with my old build. I sold it to a friend and it didn't turn on. I tried everything, Dr. Debug kept showing a CPU problem. I just thought to the battery out of nothing and that was it…don't always trust Dr. Debug…

  • I have a question is there a way of fixing usb over current protection system will turn off in 15s ???

  • 13:10 I've been using my extra long BeQuiet Screwdriver as a back scratcher for years. It really is awesome.

  • Do you guys not have switches on wall sockets? Why use power strip switch when you can use the switch on the wall? Power strip switch will likely break earlier than that on the wall.

  • Hey Greg, love the videos, please continue this series i have learned a lot from this.

  • Good job Greg! I've been down that rabbit hole too many times lol. Glad the pc is up and running!

  • After watching every series, I've been thinking of getting PSU extension cables. But doesn't the added length make cable management even more of a pain. I have modular PSUs if that makes any difference.

  • sorry I'm allergic to bs these kids pull sometimes some of these "water damage" pcs are sketch the system was under water yet no dried up water drop marks with dry calcifications anywhere to he seen makes me believe sometimes these people just drop hardware they know is dead into perfectly working system just to misleadinly get an upgrade .. weasels

  • wow almost same build i have i have a gigabyte b450m with a Ryzen 5 2600 32gb of ram gtx 1660 super except i was smart and stayed air cooled and never tried water cooled for this exact reason.

  • It's not the battery. Put back the old one and it will still work.

  • That is unexpected. The gpu is completely preventing the pc to turn on.

  • The windows update reminds me of Space Force when it did the same. F*()* Microsoft! lol

  • Man you have so many pcs, just get one that is working only to test GPU and you will have one less variable to try. And if it is DDR4 which mostly what broken pc have you can also use it to test RAM. Just my 2 cents.

  • Should of updated is motherboard bios. Makes it windows 11 compatible and ryzen 5000 compatible.

  • Another great video. I never get tired of watching these.

  • This shows just how hard it can be to fix a computer if it has multiple issues. Great fix Greg : ) x

  • Always entertaining and informative. Keep it up!

  • Well, at least he got a small upgrade and a working PC. Good episode as always, Greg!

  • The short powering on and nearly instant powering off of the system is (usually) the short circuit/overcurrent protection of the PSU tripping, which takes either a full restart of the PSU (e.g. switching the switch on it off and on again) or waiting until it resets (If it has tripped, it takes some time to recover, so you can't instantly turn on the system after tripping it) in order to power on again.

  • I know about your "it's not worth to actually repair things, so I'm just replacing stuff" thing, but you could at least open the graphics card and take a look at it. Like you said before: Sometimes even some cleaning and a proper repaste does the job

  • Can you please open the dead card? Maybe we can see the water damage on it and possibily just a simple remove a cap and replace it?

  • Hi there, i had a pc unable to find bluetooth driver. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the bluetooth driver but still unable to detect the bluetooth in the pc and unable to turn it on. Do you have any suggestions to fix this issue?
