Your current location
Browser geolocation is requested only after you press “Use my location.” The coordinate is used to create the requested report and is not attached to an account or permanently stored as your location.
Search and server logs
The optional database records only aggregated, hashed search events and the resolved place—not raw IP-linked search histories. Ordinary hosting security logs may temporarily contain IP addresses. Retention is controlled by your hosting provider.
Saved places and history
Les favoris, coordonnées incluses, restent sur cet appareil. L’historique est désactivé par défaut ; activé, il conserve 20 lieux nommés pendant 30 jours. Les rapports de coordonnées en sont exclus. Aucun compte ni synchronisation.
Cookies
Ordinary read-only visits do not start a PHP session. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by default.
External providers
A submitted place name or coordinate may be sent through the server to OpenStreetMap-related services, Open-Meteo or Wikimedia. Their own privacy terms apply.
