FTP Setup for HestiaCP (Using Oracle Free Tier Hosting)

A few of you have been asking how to get FTP working in HestiaCP, it’s pretty quick to do but not exactly well documented on how to go about it. Here’s how I’ve done it – hopefully it helps a few of you out!
