  • Hi Kevin, do you think is it necessary to take CCNA before to buy your course?

  • Question can Cisco now integrate into MS teams vs jabber? Don't know the extent XMPP and the other protocols.

  • So, at 16:50, I paused the video, I opened two tabs of a tone generator webpage, and made my own dial tone. I listened, in amazement, for over a minute, with a co-worker over my shoulder, to a dial tone…

  • Hi Kevin, I joined cisco collaboration job and facing issue as it's very new for me. Could you assist me how can i do my job smoothly ?

  • Really good overview Kevin. Thanks very much. I think that I need to decide if I do ENCOR or CLCOR.

  • Actually just passed the Cisco Cyber Ops Associate this last Monday, but Collaboration has always looked interesting Honestly Ive never worked in IT, but decided to transition careers about 6 months ago Just trying to figure out what to do next

  • I currently work as a telecommunications technician for a company and just passed my CCNA. CLCOR 350-801 is next and I already have the book. A lot of material in this video was review for me, but there was still lots of little bits of knowledge. Really looking forward to watching your other videos in the series. You're very well articulated and are great at explaining things simply, while also providing answers that can be further extrapolated on. No surprise given your experience!

Thanks for your work! Being able to find free content of this quality is simply amazing.

  • Hi Kevin,
Could you please guide me with what is the criteria to obtain the new CCNP Collaboration certification, if I am having a valid CCIE Collaboration certification.
    Thanks.
