• This is not true. Anyone claiming they “see a difference” is just seeing normal fluctuations in their connections.
  Opening ports does absolutely nothing. You can either reach the servers, and they can reach you, or not. There’s no “opening a connection.” Your playstation already has ports open.
  This may assist with NAT types, but nothing else. This is a very common misconception in the gaming world. If anything, this will expose ports to the world and make you appealing to hackers.

• I did this all and (except the ad games part bc I play D2) but my router screens looked completely different so I set up 3 ports for both like the website says, I can connect remote play when I’m at home on my home network, but I’m still getting error 8801330d from remote play app. 🙁

• How did you get your upload speed so high? I've 500Mb download and only 3.5Mb upload… but my broadband is 500/50 when I do a speed test online

• You have start-end port on my router it shows internal port number and external port number? Each with 2 boxes.

• Speeds were great 3 days ago, now every single streaming app is buffering and dropping to 480p. When I switch over to the smart tv and start up netflix it streams 4k flawlessly. When doing a speed test my phone and laptop both get over 400Mbps but the ps5 is stuck at 12Mbps. Been like that for 3 days now. (I'm on a 1Gbps internet package)

• when I play warzone/cod games I can't play online for some reason. It just says rely disconnected. I restarted my ps5 ones and logged in to the game. I managed to play 1 game but as soon as I turn of the ps5 and turn it on again it says disconnected. help me!

• wait why did you put your inputs on the dns server were we supposed to copy that or put our own that’s what confused me

• can someone help me please? my router doesn’t have the option for start/end ports, there’s just “port” and one box to fill out and if i put a set of two numbers it just takes the first number and throws the second one away

• Thank you very much man!!! You helped me a lot!!! My ps5 would get just KBPS on wifi I had to play online with LAN wire! I even called Sonny they gave me some ports to “open my ps5 to WiFi” and called my internet provider and they couldn’t do nothing about it…. Sonny send me a box to send my ps5 back because is on warranty but when I saw your video I give it a try and maaaan thank you very much it freaking worked!!! Now I can play online with WiFi now i Can move my furniture back where it was lol

• I've tried literally everything and can't get the ps5's NAT to open up. Even tried adding it to the dmz…and nothing changed. I didn't have to do anything on the xbox, it's NAT was open from the beginning.

• What do I do if there are two sections for the external/end port in total asking me for three protocol numbers instead of the usual two?
