  • Is kali linux some special distro that works only or can it run others like Manjaro / Arch /Ubuntu?

  • I actually got a "[058e:3864] Tripath Technology, Inc. USB Camera" instead of the Microdia which does work on Linux (Mint) on Kernel 5.15 out of the box 🙂
So newer devices might have that one installed.

  • Hi Phawx i am trying to get ryzenadj under garuda linux to work.. i am new to linux and I was hoping you could explain how to install it ?

  • how do you think it's for code, seems like is pretty good for terminal

  • In case anyone is interested, the webcam now works out of the box (NixOS).

  • Im having issues with arch using the mobile modem card any tips?

  • can you share the guide on how to dualboot install windows/linux on this win max 2?

  • Having a really weird issue running Cyberpunk on my new Win Max 2 6800U on Linux (Manjaro Gnome Wayland session). On battery power the game runs at around 40fps, but on AC it drops to around 7fps! Any advice gratefully received!

  • Anyone try thunderbolt 3 Ethernet module in max2 Ubuntu?

  • did you try using gamepad as a mouse? there is button to switch near the gamepad for that

  • will probably try fedora on this when It arrives

  • Linux on this would be great

  • which version of linux was used? Just got my GPD Win Max 2 and Manjaro was not running so great on it lol

  • Have you an update about the finger print not working , how it is 3 month later ?

  • I installed holoiso on my win max 3 but the first time I did it the gamepad wasn't working. Second time the touch screen wasn't working. Do you have any instruction videos to help me getting it running. Not sure if I should install steam os 3 or holoiso3. I'm a bit lost.

  • Please put blissos and prime os for see

  • Nice video. Would be nice if you could compare the performance of holoiso installed in gpd win max 2 and steam deck

  • Nice video – just discovered and subbed to your channel. — I am a web-dev — Macbook snob for over 10 years, but I want to start doing some game development and play some games. – I travel a lot & was seriously looking at the Asus Z13, but I guess the price has been a factor in not pulling the trigger. – The WinMax is very appealing, – Apple-ish keyboard, Linux support is nice. – Maybe its a mis-conception but the words "premium windows tablet" – just doesnt sound right to me. – and at double the price of a WinMax, I was worried about reliability and especially repairability of a tablet, – this looks like it might be repairable to some extent. – I just ordered an Asus portable monitor, the XG17AHP. – I think this could be an awesome pairing with the WinMax + small mechanical keyboard & mouse. – Do you think I should jump on this? I am always very nervous of brands I have never heard of – but this really seems like a quality product.
