i dont understand the logic here, if peso is now at 57 compared to 55 before per dollar how is that weak? So when OFWs sent a remittance for $1 (this is just an example) here in Ph, instead of just getting 55 pesos they will now get 57 pesos, isn't that great? and if we are going to apply it in a larger scale, wouldn't that be great because we have more buying power than before?
