Does anyone else think they should swap the rewards for the "Urban Combat" and "Sniper" series?
you probably have already answered it before, but is the scope mod a public mod?
Quick idea for the NPCs on the horde base….you could maybe put them up on the roof to deal with fliers?
The packmule perk should dubbel the amount of an item, instead of having 300 9mm if you take a point in to packmule you have 600 9mm so you can safe a inventory spot
Okay, after teleporting through that telephone pole during that clown show takeoff, you never get to complain about hit boxes again.
I wonder if, with a quick redesign, you could get the NPCs to shoot the Zombies from behind so nothing bad gets tickled?
Woodle needs to go visit the crow eaters 😂
Thanks Woodle, cheers cobber.
Have your turrets aim at the backs of the demos…no explodie goodness, lol
Smg turrets are better than npcs in terms of DPS and they are very unlikely to set off demolition zombies. They are coded to not be able to do so but this game is known for glitching and I did 50 hordes as an experiment and only 1 time did my turrets set off a demo and I had 24 of them going so it honestly could have overloaded the game.
Never ever tell 7 days what you need/want.
Can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to do an all nighter watching this 12 hour stream on Sunday, gotta get those coffees and froffies ready!! 🤙🤙🤙
Watch the books be in the party house lol
If you setup the npc's in a way that they are higher and shooting the zombies from behind. would that make it less likely to tickle some nips? Like you had in the mansion base.
Josh, NPC's love rocket launchers
You can use npcs, even if they clip nips. Have them on a platform facing out so if/ when they do abs they explode, it doesnt hurt the base
A solution to the NPC horde issue is to have outrider towers to pop the demos before they climb the base
great video!
I'm Hoping that someday you try the Hidden lights map. There is an amazing secret I can't wait to see you find and react to.
In regards to demos, if you are going to use turrets or NPCs you should have them on a platform behind their ramp. That way they only ever shoot them in the back. I've had it work with turrets in the past, and I don't see why it wouldn't work with NPCs. They aren't as effective as their range seems less than turrets, but you'd whittle down the zombie health as they get to the kill area without worrying.
A potted plant in the forge is 40 clay.
why not use NPC for anti air?
✌
If you don’t want to use them for the main event you can use the NPCs on the roof for vulture patrol, then use the smgs that you would normally put on the roof for the main horde.
I recently got a t6 m60 from killing Harley Quinn, ‘twas a good day.
Maybe you can set up so that the npc's are shooting at the zombies backs. Be a shame for them to go to waste. Legitimately, they will probably find a way to still blow up the demolishers
Josh, at 8:15, you start walking towards the quest marker, but there's a doorway to your right with boards on it (outside of the house, you can see it from the garden) that contains store crates in it. You always miss them!
Nevermind, you DID get them at 16:04. 😀
Well, well, well, if it isn't my old nemesis: the predictable consequences of my own actions… 😉
In my testing the junk turrets could trigger nips on demos but both auto turrets don't but I have not confirmed that with this mod even though I have played a lot of it and it's really really fun lol also it's the spider head not the decoy body head to kill the big one how that helps love your work Josh you are my families favorite keep it up you're a legend
Oh, man! Zombie AI is my favorite part of this game that I hope never get's totally fixed. 🤣
Woot!
Build elevated birdcages like strippers in movies dance in and place them all out on the periphery of your horde defense area. If they tickle a nipple, it's far enough away from you that it doesn't matter as much
The lumberjack was like "I'm going downstairs to mind my own buisness and look busy" but you couldn't let him be! Btw, I'd never take an antirad off on a drop base!
I think someone needs to make a mod where you can send out the hired help to go resource gathering for you. The risk being they get murdered and lose it all.. just a thought
Josh, can you use the NPCs like a turret that only shoots the zombies in the back. Like, have the zombies climb ladders and stage the NPCs behind the ladders so they won't tickle a nip?
It's not as interesting without the NPCs
Josh the bakers and nurses saved your ass multiple times on horde night. You can put up a small tower forward of the horde base and lower so that they will shoot them before they can climb to you. If a demo does explode it would be near the bottom and if it's steeled up will survive
Horde Base Question: For NPC assisted Horde Base … Could a Corridor with sides 1.5 Tall so that the Zombies heads show above it and thats all the NPCs shoot at ? Youi may even be able to add water to it to slow them down.
🤙💜
use the NPCs as AA guns… set up the turrets behind the zombies…
Josh, you should put your team in their own concrete cages around your base. That way they can atk b4 the zombs get to you.
Lay off the begging cancer won't be beaten this year or the next few years some of us haven't got a pot to piss in ,here in the UK we struggle to feed ourselves and our kids sorry josh but i won't be able to assist plus how do we know the cash raised will be used to find a cure not nicked by some thieving git doc
Drop the Bakers down a block below the zombies catwalk so the zombies legs are eye level to the Bakers. Then use some plates to block out the upper half.
I think the NPCs would be good shooting into a zombie bucket, like bellow the runway so if they clip a nip in the pit it wouldn't be as big an issue as the active runway
seem jawoodle found his 'true home' lol also did you place the music folder found in the outback roadies main bonus folder into the main mod folder? that music fits the outback roadies to a T lol
Josh: Tomorrow the day before the next blood moon horde, "I need to go find the books"
Also Josh: On horde day, "Why did I leave my base building till the day of the blood moon horde?"
aren't you missing a dew collector again?
