  • Thanks for this amazinng video! Ive tried DreamHost and Hostinger, however Cloudways with TST20 coupoon is the true money-saver.

  • A file server only really needs 1 core. I recommend a Skylake or newer processor with 1 core enabled, since Skylake is both really cheap and still pretty power-efficient.

  • “Old PC as server” that true if you’re only gonna use it for one application otherwise fugget bout it, for multipurpose home server you need at least an older older Xeon or a new ryzen with plenty of RAM otherwise you’re kidding yourself
