Host Your Node.js Bot 24/7 with a Raspberry Pi

Use your own VPS, and keep it online 24/7 for FREE*, using a Raspberry Pi.

This tutorial will work with any model of Raspberry Pi. We will host a Discord bot with Node.js, and keep it online 24/7 forever using PM2. This method will save me ~$175/year of server costs.

The only costs are electricity costs. According to a few sources, the cost is around $4-5/year for the model 3B, at high CPU load.
System Used: Raspberry Pi 3 Model B.
