HOW TO CHANGE IP ADDRESS IN WINDOWS 10

Let’s start.
First, check your connection/IP Address settings.

Go to:
Control Panel
Select Network and Internet
Network and Sharing Center

(In my setting, I am connected to wifi named
“Oh George”)

click the connections.

A new window will appear,
Go to Activity and click the Properties. Then select the Internet Protocol Version 4

In my setting, I already manually select my IP address.
But for common users, the setting is Obtain an IP Address Automatically.

So I will set it to auto obtain. for you to relate and follow my tutorial. After checking your setting, check your IP Address on your command prompt.

type:
CMD (to open command prompt)

in command prompt, type: ipconfig

My IP Address is: 192.168.1.17 and my default gateway is
192.168.1.1.

NOTE!:
When your setting is Auto Obtain, to change your IP Address
is just restart your computer or router. After restarting, it will give you another IP Address.

Now I will show you how to change the IP Address manually.
It will save you a lot of time than restarting your computer or router.

Go again to your network setting.

Since your default gateway is 192.168.1.1, your IP Address will be,
192.168.1.(choose between 2-254). for example, 192.168.1.163.
Click OK. then check again your IP address on the command prompt.

TADAAA! your new IP address is now 192.168.1.163.

Always remember when you change your IP Address the last 3 digits only
to avoid complications.

I HOPE YOU HAVE LEARNED ON MY TUTORIAL.
SEE YOU AGAIN ON MY NEXT VIDEO.
