How to change PC/ Laptop (System)IP Address
Steps:
Windows + R (to open RUN)
Type command ncpa.cpl to open LAN Cards
NETWORK CONNECTION PAGE WILL BE OPEN
Select and Right click on LAN Or WiFi LAN Card
Select Property
Click 2 time on IPv4
Select Use following ip address
Input IP Address and Gateway address as per your requiremment
Click ok and Ok

Go to RUN
CMD Command : IPCONFIG
ip address
