One thing that I noticed that was weird was that after I went in to 'Manage Existing Account' for Database Mail that the account password only showed 5 stars for my password despite it being longer. I wonder if that's normal. I can't get the mail service in Sql to send the test email. I'll keep trying and update you here if I can get it to work.
Gmail changed so you can no longer turn on "Allow Less secure apps" as of May 30, 2022.

Do you have any other way to work this out?
After May 30, 2022' Less secure app access' is no longer available in Gmail. any thought how to bypass this issues ?,
