How to create an account on 2009scape
This video is how to create an account on 2009scape. This is for the live server so if there are any errors it isn’t an issue that has to do with our live server.
1. ) Make sure to always have the latest launcher found on the website.
2. ) Make sure to have Java 8 installed not a higher version.
We only support IPv4 on the live server because IPv6 isn’t that great. You might need to force your java to use IPv4. Which can be done with an environment variable. On Windows it can be set like this:
setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
