Thank you Robert! I have a question. Can you create Alias for 2 servers? For example, any inactive (previous) printer server (SERVER A) to new active printer server (SERVER B)? Thank you for any tips in advance.
I liked the A.com and b.com example. you are an excellent teacher.
Thank you, nice simple explanation 🙂
Thank you for the vid. Found this in 2021 and still helpful.
Thank you – that was helpful!
Does the target host have to be a file? I have a dns server to which I would like to have add a cname record where the target is another website not located on the same server, how do I do this?
I don't have a static ip. I just have a domain name of the target website.
Thanks for the information
Thank you so much for the content Mr. McMillen! Currently study for A+ and Helpdesk role. This really helped me clear some things up.

Great , short and precise!!!
Great clip, thanks. Allowed me to create an alias to be able to add yet another .rdp file on my PC, that points to the same server, but each with different user
Thanks man, exactly what I needed.
