In this video, i will explained how to create local dns server and block any website using /etc/hosts file in rhel8.
The /etc/hosts is an operating system file that translate hostnames or domain names to IP addresses.If you don’t want to use a DNS server for name resolution, you can use the /etc/hosts file for the purpose of name resolution.
