How to deploy OpenStack in Ubuntu using Microstack

Requirement:
You will need a multi-core processor and at least 8 GiB of memory and 100 GiB of disk space. MicroStack has been tested on x86-based physical and virtual (KVM) machines running either Ubuntu 18.04 LTS or Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

  • Thank u very much but my issue is that my instance can't reach internet, what to do?

  • Thank you so much, I was able to install OpenStack on Ubuntu 20.04

Do you have next series of videos on how to have each of the resources configured like Nova, Glance, Neutron, Cinder, Swift and etc?

  • Sir, if it's already connected to Openstack, do we need to reconnect with Ubuntu or directly access it via the IP address?

  • My 2c worth, you can follow any installation manual out there and they all end up having the same issue after only a few minutes and it is the dreaded "No, Host" error message and after that you can can do what ever you want, the only thing that will work is another install and 20 minutes after the new install BAM, "No, Host" and there is not a single solution out there that can keep it fixed! And before somebody say, Uhhhmmmm, maybe it is your servers, No, it is not, we tried from $2000 budget right up to $ 300 000 dollar equipment they all failed, now don't get me wrong I have used Open Stack for a long time and before that CloudStack and the problem is new, it is like something has been built into a nice system to fail for the benefit of another, Like CloudStack was made to fail by Citrix so they could push their own agenda. Please proof me wrong, I beg you! lol!

  • Hello sir, How to check the ip address configure ?
