• im using a razer deathadder essential which i have been told is compatible with razer synapse 3. The first time i used razer synapse with this mouse, the device had shown up and i created a few macros. The next morning it was gone and i havent been able to get it to show up since. Any suggestions?

• My Blacksharks v2 x are stilk not being recognized after purchasing them 2h ago lol. When I first connected my ornata keyboard it instantly got picked up and even offered me to download razer synapse.

• Absolutely the worst drivers on any hardware. Takes a massive amount of memory just for a mouse, gives me chronic BSOD with every other update. All I want is to program a single button to be a delete key and I have to deal with all this buggy garbage.

• Well my conclusion is uninstalling all the piece of filth synapse, shitnapse and other crap from pc, throwing out this junk mouse and never even looking at any razer products ever again. Thank you for wasting my time.

• I got the first mouse from razer, after soooo many year Synapse is worst and worst
  First you have to log in to changer hardware shit …. had trouble with one key, it was an absolute nightmare to log in , it was like 5 mounth ago
  Now a new version for Synapse and none of my Device is detected by Synapse ( Blackwidow V4 Pro and DeathAdder V2 ). I restarted , launch as admin and all the stuff.
  The only think I want now is : a software that work, don't fucking car about all the stuff that come with, I just want to set up my keyboard without having to make a Scrypt that I have to run every time I want to go to the setting of my keyboard. It's supposed to be soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo simple, no excuse

• That's funny! The only way I can get windows to detect is to plug into USB hub! I have had the cynosa v2 keyboard plugged into USB keyboard port on my machine. Hundreds of restarts later- no keyboard. Nothing I do in windows and software side fixes. I have to unplug and try many different USB ports. Finally, plugging into USB hub extension (card slot) USB 2 works. USB 3 used to work. USB 3 card used to work. I cant make heads or tails of this but it's been happening every so often over 3 years.

• So if your Synapse 3 app does not recognise your Kraken headset (or anything else but I only know it works for sure with the Kraken), try what my sister did;

  "I started Razer Synapse
  
  I plugged my wireless dongle into my laptop
  
  My laptop started figuring out what the device is (the same way it does with your phone)
  
  At the same time, Synapse switched to the update part and started updating
  
  After restarting my laptop due to the Synapse update, I waited for it to fully load everything, then turned on my headset

• I've had so many issues with this one mouse model that I bought from you guys. First, it was the original Razer cable that refused to work any time I needed to plug in my mouse and charge it. Then, I had to cut up one of my own USB cables just to make it fit in the slot and so it could charge. Now, after maybe a month of doing all that and butchering a USB cable I had, neither the cable, nor the mouse want to connect to my laptop (and get this, when I plugged in the butchered USB cable to a portable battery I own, IT WORKS) fix your shit razer, your customer support is also terrible.
