• I installed this rebooted my pc and I have no audio nor any microphone. It says that it is connected but it there is no sound nor input. I tried my headset on another device and it did work so the problem is my pc. Help

  I've watched other tutorials on how to fix the problem however they wouldn't work on my laptop, however, this one actually worked.

• For those of you who have been able to get 5.1 surround sound via optical spdif using patches and following steps on a YouTube video tutorial (a simple search will give you all the info), be aware that the 2021 realtek driver update breaks the surround sound option. It's best to stick to the 2017 version+patches if you use spdif output and want an option for Dolby/DTS surround sound.

I don't know but I'm currently using a laptop and I used a 1 pin 2 port audio and mic 3.5mm since my laptop only have 1 port for audio and mic, my mic doesn't work but it works fine in my phone and when I'm using my headphone with a mic, my headphone mic also doesn't work. please help…
