  • This video i followed its steps to the end ❤ and it worked successfully thx

  • Can I install bootloader into same drive with Ubuntu installation? I don't want to see grub screen everytime I reboot. I want it to boot Windows by default. Whenever I want Ubuntu, I may just arrange boot order on BIOS.

  • Kindly let me as.. Why did you not create a swap space during the installation?

  • i dont want to install grub. i want my laptop to automatically start in windows and i should select the drive by pressing boot button whenever i want to use ubuntu. how can i do that?

  • What if after successful Ubuntu installation and reboot I not have window for choice boot options And windows runs as before? Lenovo thinkpad t14 gen3

  • i did it and the usb stick became write protected and now it's unusable

  • sda2 or the 16MB partition is probably the Windows "swap" so Windows doesn't crash when you run out of RAM

  • best tutorial so far subbed and liked. thank you a lot

  • Hi, I have a question, at 12:10 you said that i would know where my windows boot manager partition is… It does not say where it is here on my ubuntu install

  • I couldn't find an ISO image when I downloaded and extracted Ubuntu; all I found was a folder

  • which format do we boot it with, mbr or gpt ?

  • Hi, good day. Asking if do I need to enable secure boot and fast boot after successfully installing ubuntu or leave both disabled?

  • Great tutorial 👍🏻 i am very new to Linux and would like to know wich settings do you recommend to change for a new system in terms of security after installation of a fresh OS? Ufw, firetools,ClamAV or such stuff, as a noob coming from windows i feel a little naked with just the OS installed. As we all know there is no 100% bulletproof OS, what helps to keep relatively safe?

Thank god my poor 3 year shoolenglish ( and thats 34 years ago) has reached a level that allows me to follow such great videos. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪 like+ abo

  • So how long does Windows keep working for you after installing another operating system alongside?

  • Great tutorial. Installed ubuntu alongside win 11 and is working fine.

  • Just tell me how to get the sound to work on Ubuntu. Works fine on Windows but NOTHING on Ubuntu. Dual booting is easy but if i can't get the sound to work on Linux what is the point.

  • When I restart while being in ubuntu it takes a lot of time ? What seems to be the problem..?? 😓😓

  • After the dual boot I'm able to run Ubuntu without any error, but, Windows OS is resulting in an error.
Not sure what I did wrong. How do I fix this ?

  • Hey bruh, does this work with Legacy too instead UEFI?

  • This really helped a lot! 🙌
I was really getting confused with all those articles and other stuff. Your video was very simple thorough and understandable.
    Thanks 😄

  • Hi i have a doubt in this since it is my first time installing a OS at first I clicked on the Ubuntu menu to install alongside Windows boot manager but it seemed like ubuntu was not installed so i did again but this time i set the location of memory to be used which i kept has a partition from the c:/ drive so my doubt is where there a same OS could've been installed twice ? Thank u….
