1) go To Settings
2) Tap On Internal Storage 4 Times . You Will Enter Phone Testing
3) Chick On Phone Information
4) Scroll Down And Change WCDMA Preferred To LTE , GSM/WCDMA

Note : Only TDD-LTE Would Work

The Indian version of Mi4w does not have the modem to support 4G. Don't waste your time trying to enable it. Buy a new phone that supports 4G instead. And don't believe every posts that says it has enabled 4G on Mi4w. only the international version will support 4G.
