How to enable 4G LTE on Lumia devices in India

This update is being rolled out for Lumia 1520, Lumia 1320, Lumia 1020, Lumia 930, Lumia 925, Lumia 920, Lumia 830 and Lumia 625.

Surprisingly Lumia 640 and 640 XL hasn’t made their way into the list even though the processor supports it out of the box.
