In this tutorial, you will learn to lock / unlock the Fn Key behavior. Nowadays, you can find this key on almost all notebooks and laptops, where you can note that there are other Action Keys available on top of F1 to F12 (Function) keys. Like, to increase or decrease the System Volume, you can press F7 or F8 key. But that only going to work if the Fn key is Enabled in the BIOS.
You will learn that either you should Enable the Action Keys within from BIOS or disable it. It totally depends that how you use the F1 to F12 function keys during the day.
For instance, I have an accounting application Tally ERP 9, where I have to use a lot of F1 to F12 keys to run different tasks within from the application. But if I enable the Action Keys from the BIOS then I always have to hold down the Fn key to run a particular task from the Tally application.
