How to: enable OpenStack notifications logging in Fleio

For performance reasons, Fleio keeps a cache of the OpenStack objects in its database. This cache is updated through OpenStack RabbitMQ notifications.

The OpenStack notifications must be enabled in each OpenStack project for Fleio to correctly function.

To debug the notifications flow it’s useful to see in Fleio a log of received OpenStack notification messages.
