How To Find Your IP Address on iPhone

Let me show you how to find your iPhone’s IP address while on Wi-Fi and how to find your public IP while on cellular.

First, let’s find your IP while on Wi-Fi, whether you’re at home, on a public network, or on a private workplace Wi-Fi. Make sure you’re connected to the Wi-Fi, then open Settings.

Tap on Wi-Fi to see a list of available networks. At the top, you’ll see the network you’re connected to with a check next to it. Tap the “i” on the far right of the name.

Towards the bottom, you’ll find the IPv4 Address section, where your current IP address is listed. If you need the IPv6 address, you can find it underneath.

Next, let’s find your IP while on a cellular network. Turn off your Wi-Fi, then close Settings and open Safari.

In the search bar, type “my IP.” Google may show you your IPv6 address at the top of the search results. To see both your IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, select one of the search results, such as “What’s My IP Address.”

And that’s how you find your iPhone’s IP address on either Wi-Fi or cellular.
