Exit from Registry Editor and restart the computer to turn off the UAC
1) Reboot the computer and start in Normal mode if working, otherwise in Safe mode
2) Go to My computer – Right click on C: drive – Properties – Security – Advance – And now try to change Ownership of the drive and set the permission for it.
3) Enable back your UAC as per previous registry value.
Go to Run and type
Go to tools – Change UAC setting – Launch – Set to default – Reboot and Done.
