Q: I cant switch between Legacy/CSM and UEFI or switching didn’t help.
A: If you cannot find how to switch the setting in BIOS or if switching did not help, then reinstall the Operating System.

If Windows does not install, perhaps your Hard Drive (HDD) is bad. I would then replace it and try the install again.
Q: What if Windows does not install and keeps erroring out?
A: If Windows won’t install correctly, then we know that the Hard Drive is bad. Replace it as seen here; https://youtu.be/jQDcHTgmV0Y. Then, install Windows onto the new one.
Q: Will changing those settings in BIOS erase any data?
A: Changing those settings in BIOS will not delete any data from your hard drive 🙂

Hi PC Monkey, how do you fix it when you turn on your laptop and the "acer explore beyond limits" screen shows up but it just keeps loading? I've tried leaving it be for 1hr and a half but gave up because I saw no hope.

My BIOS won't let me change boot mode from UEFI. Secure boot is enabled and is not changeable either. InsydeH20 Rev. 5.0
Edit: disabled Fast Boot and system worked after restart.

Hi… I'm trying to recover my cousin's laptop, because he forgot his password, by resetting it to factory settings. His biggest mistake was that he didn't realize the battery wasn't full, I wasn't aware of that either. Now it's stuck at 64% then the laptop logo appears, turns off, then turns on again the logo appears again, like logi appears and then restarting back again and again. And I can't restart or enter Windows settings, I've tried everything. Can you help me? I'm really frustrated, because this is not my laptop. Also i've been try to closed it, and turn on again, after I charge the laptop, but it doesn't work. If anybody can help me, pleasee😭 it's Acer
Hi, I have this issue where my computer is starting and showing the acer logo. When I press delete to enter BIOS setup menu it wont load it. At the bottom right corner it reads: 'Entering BIOS setup menu' and I can hear a fan whirring and then nothing more happens. Any help would be appreciated 🙂 Thanks in advance!
Hi there. Acer logo comes up and just loading. Sometimes it goes to blue screen, sometimes completely black screen and then blue screen. Or it’s just loading on acer logo. Nothing is happening when I’m pushing buttons. What’s wrong? 🙁 //swedish girl
