Hi – at 4.40 the dos box can't run without dismounting the drive, I presume you need to answer Y here?
My laptop went into Blue screen about a month ago, I went through all the options including running dism which did some repairs but ended up doing a Reset. My laptop runs OK if I put it to sleep after use but if I restart it goes back to Bluescreen and we start again. Have reset Windows 4 times in last 3 weeks whilst keeping files but note it will only Reset from the laptop and not over the internet. Will a full Reset ie losing all my files be any better?

When I’m in the advanced options nothing works, when I click restart to go into safe mode it just turns off and that’s it. When I try to factory reset it says that can’t happen and it’s stuck in an automatic repair loop so I can’t even attempt to sign in!

Hi, Thank you for your video. I tried everything and none of them are working. I tried too many times and my power suppy is gone. I had to purchase a new power supply unit and now I am back online. when I keep retart my computer, sometimes, I can getin to the windows as normal but most of the times, I can't start my windows. Please help. is it maybe because of a virus or someone hacked my computer and destroyed something?

Could you do a video on now to use a flash drive to use to update windows when you have no space left in you ram,thanks.

Restore points work sometimes when they exist. But don't you just love it after some updates ,that MS turns off SYSTEM RESTORE, and the client is never informed…… I have seen it lots of times.
