How to Fix Discord Stuck on Gray Screen (2024 Easy Fix!)
If discord is stuck on a gray screen when you open it, there is an easy fix!
1. Open Run (Window Key + R)
2. Type “%appdata” and hit Okay
3. Delete “Discord” Folder – make sure all discord tasks are closed or it won’t delete.
4. Launch Discord and sign back in!

So, I tried but it keeps saying that the folder is 'open in another program'. I don't know how or why, any advice?
… Why would you tell us only AFTER the part where we delete the folder that it logs you out of your account? I could have checked what email was associated with my account before doing that so I could log back in to my account. Now I have an even worse problem.
