• I had everything updated, but uninstalling and reinstalling the driver as per your second option did the trick. Cheers man!

• Hi! My G, H, Ä, esc, backspace, multiply (numpad), F4, F7, F11 keys suddenly stopped working. I'm using a HP Laptop PC 15-dw3xxx laptop. I'm currently using an external keyboard which seems to work just fine, but obviously I'd still like to fix my laptop's built-in keyboard. I've tried cleaning the keyboard/laptop from both the inside and outside, uninstalling and then reinstalling the keyboard driver from device manager, updating the keyboard driver through HP support as shown in this video, troubleshooting, restarting the laptop.. I've been searching through the internet to find a way to fix this, but unfortunately nothing seems to work. Do you or anyone else know what could be causing this and how to fix it?

• For some reason to videos were playing at the same time and I couldn't hear what he was saying. Sounded like some girl was screaming some high pitch words could not hear what other robot was saying because female robot was louder than robot in video. Instructions look like you have to do a search but you cannot do so when keyboard is not working

• This works for Windows 11 too as the HP Support website lets you now choose which iOS your lapot has. Still, I WAS HAVING A MIDLIFE CRISIS BECAUSE OF THE DAMN KEYBOARD!
