• Like everybody else who commented, I have been trying to figure out how to get my printer to print in color for a long time. It would print on the test page but not for anything else. Not only did you walk through it visually rather than just describe the steps, it was so easy…and IT WORKED. Thank you!!

  I have tried for days to get my printer to print in color. Staples said 'I need to purchase a New printer", mine is fairly new already.
  I have also looked at one YouTuber, he was going
  100 miles an hour that I couldn't even follow along
  (I consider myself to be a Pretty Smart Person). I have subscribed…Keep doing your Blogs, because you actually know what you're talking about.

• At first, it did not work, I rebooted the printer and the computer, then it worked, there is no wonder they called the Microsoft software a virus, the computer works great until is automatically updated

I just got a brand new HP Envy 6400e and am using it with an old Macbook Pro that has Catalina on it and HP Smart keeps telling me it can't download the app because it has to have MacOS 11 or higher and mine is a 10 point something.
