  • Only Reset worked for me unfortunately, but thank you for walking through all the steps to try before that.

  • Yeah it won’t let me out in any of the boot options, each one I put in just keeps giving me the same things over and over again. Won’t let me scan now again as it say it’s pending a repair and the computer needs to reboot to do so, then bam. “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart” left the main loop to get stuck in a small loop which looped me back into the big loop again….wtf.
