The Print Spooler Service Is Not Running In Windows 7 because you need to restart the windows service.
1- Click Start and type in services then launch the application and right-click on “Print Spooler” service then select start. Now double click on the print spooler and click on the recovery tab then select restart service for all of the recovery options.
