• This absolutely worked for me, thank you so much. As others here have mentioned, the 'OSPPREARM.EXE' file may not be in the exact same location as directed. Mine was at 'C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice16', so searching under the C: drive works if you can't find it in the same directory.
