Non of these fix my issue, I tried everything yet SteamVR won't launch, it crashes right away with 108 error message, it used to work all fine without issues at all with my Pico 4 but after the windows new update (or steam's update, not sure which one to blame) it stopped working, it began by it not being able to launch some of my VR games and a few hours/days later the SteamVR as a whole won't launch at all now, anyone knows how to actually fix it?

The oculus had an update and now i have to turn it off and on again multiple times just to click on apps otherwise it will just vibrate over the app and when i click on it nothing will happen this is really annoying it has taken me 10 minutes just to take 3 photos just because i was trying to get it to work how do i fix this
