1. Click Show Applications
2. Search Settings
3. Click Settings
4. Scroll Down Until You Find Region & Language
5. Click Region & Language
6. Click Language
7. Select Any Other Language (My Default Language Was United States English, but Now I Am Selecting Canada’s English. You Can Select Any Language of Your Choice)
8. Click Select Button
9. Click Restart Button
10. Click Log Out
11. Login To Your Ubuntu
12. Now Try To Open Terminal
13. Done!
