I just tried to go into a page of a website known as Lyrics Translations, but then the 403 Forbidden error showed up to me, so then I decided to watch this video to see how to fix it and what it means. I think it's because every account I created on that site got banned so I tried to create another ones, but I still keep getting banned over and over again.
The same error show Driver Genius for driver update. error ( HTTP resource access error occured, code = 403 )

Finally! Thank you, vpn off worked! Fyi- I’ve had a vpn for 4+ years and only recently receiving 403 error adding a comment on youtube.
