Something is wrong….. I was already a member. I had to log back in. said my password was wrong and I had to re-set the password. my old-no good password was accepted as a good new password on another account…. Then, I was asked to become a new customer……. Im already a customer….. Whats going on???

Looks like the FS21 is an SD card – your card reader is the device you’ll need to get a driver for. If it’s still not working, the SD card could be corrupted. Can you try it in a different machine?
