• I have Toshiba laptop with USB boot support uefi, but when i boot from my Toshiba laptop this can't boot

• I replaced the hard drive with an ssd and I was having trouble getting it to work again. I have had a bit of training in computer repair but I am certainly not competent in that field. I looked at this site first and did a few of the recommended changes nothing seemed to work and I looked elsewhere to no avail. It is now 24 hours since I did the changeover and I came back to it making sure first that the hard drive was secure. I then went through each step until I came to disable secure setup and disabled it and changed the boot sequence to disc and it read from a dvd. It is now in the process of starting windows but it seems to be taking too long.
