The virtual computer was booted from the Windows 10 Technical Preview ISO file.

Displayed error message: Recovery, Your PC/Device needs to be repaired, Digital Signature couldn’t be verified (0xc0000428)

Solution: When booting the virtual computer from the Windows 10 Technical Preview ISO, make sure you set the computer’s date between 2014 and first part of 2015.
